2010年より行っている、世界の屋根付き半屋外空間に関するリサーチ。
ロッジアをはじめとする屋根のついた半屋外空間（以下、ロッジア空間と呼ぶ）は、世界各地の気候条件や文化のなかで様々に展開してきました。これらロッジア空間には、仕事や趣味など日常的な生活の営み、地域の人々との社会的な活動、光・影・風といった自然要素の変化など、暮らしを循環させる様々な事物が鮮やかな状態で集められています。言い換えると、人々はこうしたロッジア空間を介して、地域の文化や気候の中で如何にそれらと関わり、暮らしを構築するか、という術（スキル）を身につけているともいえます。こうした人々のスキルを発露させるような空間を求めて世界各地を調査しています。

Research on semi-open space in the world since 2010.
The semi-outdoor space with a roof, including the loggia, has been developed in various ways in the climatic conditions and cultures around the world. In these loggia spaces, various things that circulate life, such as daily activities such as work and hobbies, social activities with local people, changes in natural elements such as light, shadow and wind, are collected. In other words, people can learn how to interact with them and build a living in the local culture and climate through such a loggia space.We are researching all over the world for a loggia space that can create the skills of these people.
