わたなべストアと同じく北海道江別市の大麻銀座商店街にたつケ－キ屋の改修計画。曲面をなす壁が連続し、商店街の通りや向かいの食料品スーパーの人の流れを店内へと導く。床には、江別地域特有の赤茶色レンガ（還元）を使用し、これに合わせた同色の窓枠や飾り棚で切り取られた風景によって、街に彩りが与えている。同時に、２階の福祉施設の利用者と１階の店舗の動線を分離し、各々の機能性を高めた改修計画でもある。

Same as the Watanabe Store, a renovation plan for a patisserie that is located in the Oasa Ginza shopping street in Ebetsu, Hokkaido. The curved walls are continuous and guide the flow of people in the street.The floor uses red-brown bricks (reduced) unique to the Ebetsu area.
The streets are colored by scenes cut out by window frames and display cabinets of the same color that match the floor. At the same time, this project is a renovation plan that separates the flow line of the users of the welfare facilities on the second floor and the store on the first floor, and enhances their functionality.
